Does Lumia 950 Camera has phase-detection AF (PDAF)?

I also troubled with the question whether the Lumia 950 and 950XL camera has phase-detection autofocus. According to Microsoft representative in the following video (watch the end of the video),  the Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950XL has phase-detection AF, or “phase pixels” as the representative  calls it.

I don’t understand why it isn’t mentioned on the official page. Here’s the video, just go to minute 6:35.
